[Fiware-tools] Tracker entries for Epics

Dear all,

accordingly with the last guide lines on backlog management (Theme, 
Epics on the wiki,
user stories, work items on the tracker) I'm going to delete the Epics 
entries that
are currently stored on the tracker.

I remind you to keep updated your entries on the tracker and I report 
here also the reminder
received today from the project coordinator

> Planning of September Sprint by each Chapter reflected on the 
> corresponding Chapter tracker.   This was a must and it was expected 
> to be finished by Thursday last week at the latest.   We will check 
> the tracker and get back to you about any issue we may find.   Note 
> that those partners that do not have any assignment are supposed that 
> are not working during the Sprint, or keeping a minimum level of 
> activity, therefore their costs reports may be rejected.
