that's the same for quite all the other tools ... leave the default 
sentence for the "Instances" and report you situation
under the "Creating Instances" one ... take a look at FusionForge 
Connector or REST Client Generator as examples.

I guess you're using the old template for the T&C page ... pls refer 
again to FusionForge Connector or
REST Client Generator as examples.
In the External Availability section I guess that "IBM.com" it's too 
vague as contact point.
Why not report also here (External Availability) your email address?
