Hi Osama,
Thank you, and I thank all of you for contributing ...

The development of all tools (but Catalogue and eLearning) has to be stopped immediately (end december) and the remaining effort is used to fix and close the deliverables.

The reasons why they regected the deliverables are the ones we identified.

Hi Davide,

First, thanks a lot for your effort in the review meeting.

In general, at least for the tools chapter, the results are better than expected and honestly not bad.

But I am not sure I have understood point 2 (because it's related to the deliverables due M33), they mean also before M33? Or thy think the tools are now mature enough and we should stop development immediately?

Were there comments regarding particular tools?

Have you got a feeling why they rejected all deliverables?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,
Osama

Dear partners,
first of all let me say that this has not been an easy review ...
I summarize very briefly here the main points, and for who of you that may be available, we can have a conf call tomorrow at 15.00 CET, usual phone bridge.

1) all our proposals have been accepted:
- D9.1 and D9.2 to M36
- D9.3 and D9.4 at M33
- all the available information will be included in the accompanying software deliverables
- additional chapter for the Handbook

2) the commission ask to stop the development of all the tools as far as they are mature enough.
This allow us to have enough effort for delivering the documents at best, especially the Handbook.

3) They haven't said anything about the costs review ...

I'll be out of office from 23/12 until 7/01 but I'll try to keep the emails under control, and I'll send a more detailed plan proposal as soon as possible.

talk to you tomorrow,
BR
Davide
