[Fiware-tools] Grouping by terms and conditions in the catalogue

Hello all, 

I have made available a dev instance of the catalogue to test new features.
In the last meeting we agreed on grouping GEIs by terms and conditions. Here is an example of how it would look: 

http://130.206.80.235/enablers/instances-7

That instance list is used as an example, the others don't have this field yet. The exact font size to use can be changed but this should give you an idea to validate the concept.

The type of terms and conditions is selected with a radio button when creating the entry. Currently there are only three options, adding more is easy but only for the Catalogue admin.
