[Fiware-tools] Modifications to the catalogue

Hi Pedro,
     looking at this last version I think we're definitely on the right way.

I start now to create an entry for the REST Client Generator and once
I've done I'll share some additional comments with all of you.

I kindly ask all the partners to try to create their entries and send their
feedback as soon as possible.
