[Fiware-tools] VERY IMPORTANT - Integration meeting - Rome, June 3-4-5 - LOGISTICS

Dear all,

please find attached a doc with useful information to reach Engineering premises in Rome- Ponte Galeria, Via Riccardo Morandi, where the integration meeting will be held.

The meeting room is the 824-A, 8th floor, corridor A, the staff at the reception (where you have to register once arrived) will give you needed information to reach the room.

 

As for the Agenda, as Davide already mentioned, the only point of discussion, objective of the meeting, will be the realization of the live demo for the review. As for the schedule of the meeting we propose the following (to have time for travelling in the morning/afternoon of the 1st/3rd day):

Of course, on the third day, we could organize and anticipate a bit (let's say 3/3.30 pm) the ending time, if anyone need to leave before 4.00 pm, maybe reducing the time for coffee/lunch breaks.

  this to confirm the integration meeting in Rome, June 3-4-5 to set-up 
  the live demo for the Review,
  and actually this will be the only (main) point in Agenda for the three 
  days.

  I have to remind you that the review dates have been decided months ago, 
  and the goal for WP9
  presentation is clear since the last review at M18.
  This time  we have to show to reviewers and Commission an integrated 
  environment able to support
  a FIApp developer in a coherent way.

  It is requested to all the partners to actively contribute to this 
  achievement.

  Who will not attend the meeting in Rome, or will not provide enough 
  effort, will not have
  their tool integrated, and this will be clearly reported during the review.

  Soon you'll be informed by Laura on details for logistics.
