Hi Davide,

I have received access to a (the?) live demo machine in the test bed.
Its CentOS 6.2 OS does not have neither tcpdump nor SAR installed.
On the machine I am looking at I have installed tcpdump; please make sure
that the machine we'll be using for the demo has these installed.

The demo for Trace Analyzer as I see it at the moment is:
1. Run tcpdump and/or SAR on the test machine whilst Context Broker, CEP
or other GEs are running on a workload.
Using the internal Trace Analyzer remote mechanism is meant to be used
from a C/C++ project under Eclipse on its binary.
It doesn't seem that we will have this in our scenario.
2. FTP/SCP the trace file(s) to the demo machine; the one with the Eclipse
with Trace Analyzer.
3. Load the file
4. Show the network sessions created by the workload (for tcpdump) and CPU
usage, disk usage, OS call, etc - whichever we see that shows
"interesting" graphs (for SAR)

Marcel

Ciao Yosu,
     thank you ...
I'm working for having available an instance of the Context Broker GE
(a GE used by the Live Demo, but a separate instance) that we can
use in tools demo.

The REST Client Generator demo is based on that GE ... and it would be
a plus if in Rome you can work with Pasquale and try to merge the
two scenarios.
