[Fiware-tools] Very minor change in the letter to reviewers

Dear all 
Very quickly: while reviewing the letter, we thought that actually it is better to have at least a temporal reference WRT possible new plans in WP9, this is because we’re asking for urgent feedback from reviewers, thus we decided to write again down that new plans will have to be included in the next amendment.
Here is the whole sentence:
With respect to Recommendation #15, we wish to inform you that WP9 partners are currently evaluating, and are open to implement feasible variations in their plans (to be included in the next amendment of ANNEX I) based on more detailed feedback from your side.

We’re sure that this is not a big problem for you, isn’t it?
