[Fiware-tools] REMIND: Effort spent vs planned in M30 PPR - justification needed by November 20

Dear Laura,
yes, the delta is 0.48 PM, 16% (my mistake). There is not a particular
reason. Planned activities were performed consuming slightly lower
resources. The actual activities do not consume resources in a linear
manner. As you may understand, estimating the efforts required by
activities in a R&D scenario (even in any other) can not be so precise
as consider a 0.48 PM deviation as noticiable. This delta will be used
by us in next period to perform remaining activities with an extra that
could be very helpful.
