[Fiware-tools] Catalogue configuration status

Hi Davide,

I haven't moved it yet because we were supposed to come up with an standard text for tabs that did not apply to a specific tool. 
This topic has not been discussed because of the recent events.
Besides that, I could move it at any time. I estimate it should take me around 2 - 3 hours.
