[Fiware-tools] FI-CoDE Handbook: Tools Requirements

Dear partners,
     useless to say that I'm again disappointed by your approach to the 
FI-WARE project.

We have frequent conf calls to plan/monitor and check our activities and 
it's a good practice
to take note of the action points that are assigned ...

from last call conf minutes (11th Feb - one week ago):

*let me clearly***explain* that "ALL" means: all the partner involved in 
WP9*

Only ENG and UDE contributed as requested and tomorrow I'll have a 
meeting with FBK to check
if we can integrate with their project, considering our requirements.
