Dear partners,
     thanks to always valuable effort of Miguel Carrillo, we already 
have the private
copy of the Architecture to be updated for the third and last version of 
this deliverable.
You should have received Miguel's mail, but I attach it here anyway.

As I told you during our conf call I do not expect relevant changes.
Verify that what's reported there is in line with what developed until 
last month.
I'm confident we can close this update by the end of this month.

Dear all,

It is time to update the Architecture. We are going to edit it on the 
private wiki and at the end of all the editing and delivering to the EC, 
we will update the public wiki with the new version.

The placeholders are linked from the private wiki homepage:

under "Current Activities"

I have copied the current version (Release 2) across from the public 
wiki to the private one to have a reasonable starting point. You can 
update as needed in each GE. WP13 is empty as I do not have clear 
information but I am sure that they know what to add here.

Obviously, if there are new GEis, the WPL/GEi owners will need to add 
new entries.

We will send further instructions for the Open Specs shortly, this 
e-mail is just for Architecture.

This is the schedule:

  *     24/Jan/2014 - First draft of contributions by chapter ready for
    peer review
      o Edition in PRIVATE WIKI
      o WPL to generate word doc for review
  *      27/Jan/2014 - .docx first version of chapter ready
  *      03/Feb/2014 - Comments on first draft (.docx with traced changes)
  *      07/Feb/2014 - .docx second version of chapters ready for the
    review of the coordinator
  *      From 7 to 17 - interactions with the coordinator to refine the
    docs.
  *      17/Feb/2014 - Final .docx version ready for delivery + delivery
    to the EC
  *      24/Feb/2014 - Public wiki updated 100% with new architecture &
    Open Specs contents

Please coordinate internally in each WP.
