[Fiware-tools] [Fiware-wpl] 3rd party innovation - last iteration!

Dear Miguel,
     please find attached the document containing the updates for the 
Tools chapter to the D2.5.2.

just a couple of notes:
- I have a very old version of MS Word and some general formatting rule 
might be broken,
pls, report the changes into your final version.
- in the first table the PROSA-IDE is intended to be included in the 
PROSA entry; I removed the content of
the cells, and not the entire row, so that this change is visible to you.

Thank you for taking care of this deliverable and let me know if you 
need something else from us.
