[Fiware-tools] VERY IMPORTANT - Handbook shift to M40

Dear Davide, all:

I agree that the current schedule is very tight. If Juanjo does not see a problem with it I think it would result in a better deliverable overall. As far as UPM is concerned, we, of course, will stay util M40 and don’t have any problems with the shift.

Best Regards

Dear partners,
this mail to collect your opinion on the idea to move the deadline
of the Handbook to M40.
Here below the reasons:

- FBK is still defining the application to develop, next week I can have
a clearer view
- time's running and M36 is end of next month and we have to deliver
something valuable
- it's not a good idea to deliver in delay once we fixed the new deadline.
- we can deliver the handbook once it's done ... also before M40
- most of the partners agreed to remain for the extension until M40
(SAP is the only exception that in any case has to provide the
contribution by M36)
- we need to act fast and include the shift into the amendment 6 (still
open)

in addition to the previous points:
- next week I'm going to meet also other colleague of mine working on
FINESCE that are developing a trial using Context Broker, Big Data and
CEP that can be used as additional project (if not as plan B). I'll for
their availability
to allow us to use our tool in their project.

I'm going to anticipate this idea to Juanjo by mail and I want to
communicate out final decision by next
Monday 17th March during the weekly WPL/WPA conf call.

Thank you for your attention and I'm sure you can dedicate the time to
elaborate and share your position on this
no later than Monday 17th March 9.00 AM

Kind Regards,
Davide
