[Fiware-tools] D9.2.3 Handbook shift to M40

Dear Miguel,
     as anticipated yesterday morning during the WPL/WPA conf call,
I kindly ask you to update (in the current version of Amendment 6)
the deadline for the D9.2.3 FI-CoDE Handbook from M36 to M40.

Please, let me know if you can take care of this update or I have to
do something.
