Hi all,

  It seems like the scenario described by Thierry has occurred to another person so, please, don't try to filter tickets on the tracker by asignee or using the "Simple Filtering and Sorting" tab while we find what's going on ...   Otherwise, you will get blocked and unable to connect to the tracker.

  For those affected, please be patient.

Dear all,

I regularly have a main problem with the tracker system, using the filter system to identify if someone has dedicated tickets. When this error message appears, I cannot do anything when trying to come back on “backlog manangement: browse” using a direct link for a ticket, and I cannot come back on the home page of the dedicated tracker. I can have the home page with all trackers but when I click on the one which fails, I always have the same message. So I cannot distribute tasks. I just can create new ticket using another one and the  using “Submit New” in the menu.

I try to close session and close the browser (Firefox or IExplore) but I have always the same error message.
