[Fiware] New wiki & Information for January's meeting at Madrid

Dear all,

We have set up a private wiki. It is so private that the project that contains it is not listed under the project list on the forge. This is the address:

The WPLs and WPAs must have granted access to all the FI-WARE members. If you cannot access it, please let them know.
