[Fiware] General disruption in platform

Dear all,

Several partners have approached me informing that the platform is not
usable at the moment.  I have checked personally that the wiki does not
allow modifications and I also could't use the tracker.

I will issue an urgente request to the admin people and will keep you
informed.
