[Fiware] Incorporation of new TID to relevant roles in the FI-WARE project

Dear all,

  It's my plesure to announce that Miguel Carrillo <mcp at tid.es><mailto:mcp at tid.es> and Carlos Ralli <ralli at tid.es><mailto:ralli at tid.es>, from Telefónica I+D, have joined the FI-WARE project.

  Both will backup me in many of my management responsibilities, that way helping to avoid that I become a bottleneck and delay things unnecessarily.  This will allow that my throughput in other more technical issues as Chief Architect of the project increase.

  Among other things:

 *   Miguel Carrillo will assist me in some of my project management responsibilities (follow-up of deliverables, tasks, planning, etc.) ... so you cannot scape from your duties ;-)   He will also be the person at TID who lead our involvement in setting up the FI-WARE Testbed, particularly playing the leader role in task T10.2 (deployment/integration of FI-WARE results in the FI-WARE Testbed).  Besides, he will be our representative in the INFINITY project.  Last but not least, he will also take care of supervising FusionForge support/administration tasks.

 *   Carlos Ralli will become the WP Leader in the Data/Context Management WP.   I had played that role myself until we found Carlos and this was clearly penalizing my performance as Technical Manager and Chief Architect of the project.  Besides, Carlos will act as my backup in Chief Architect responsibilities, and therefore will be able to complement Thomas.

  You will see them progressively taking these roles in the coming weeks (they are still dealing with handover of their responsibilities in their previous projects) while you will see me increasing my involvement in Chief Architect related activities.

  Let me give them a warn welcome to FI-WARE !!
