[Fiware] WP collaboration sessions at the Turin meeting

Dear Alex,

You're right. However, we had this discussion in our WP. The conclusion was, that the joint session would give valuable input for the WP internal sessions in terms of requirements and available functionality. In the end it is important to start the cross wp things as soon as possible. Since one joint session is already planned, I think it would be best to have others at the same time, because we need all members of our wp to be present if wp internal things are discussed.

PS: There is another joint session in planning with  IoT and I2ND. Someone  from APPS could possible join that meeting.

Wouldn't it be more productive to have such discussions on Thursday morning, after each of the WPs understands better its own plan going forward, as well as open questions to be discussed with other WPs?

Dear all  GA participants,

at the GA in Turin there will be parallel workshops for the individual work packages. That's fine. However, I think we should use the time also for discussing cross WP collaboration. As I noticed there is already a meeting planned for Wednesday morning 9-12, where experts from Data, IoT, and Apps will come together. I believe there are other constellations that should meet, at least from the perspective of the Apps WP.  f.e.:

 *   Cloud - Apps
 *   Security - Apps
 *   Interface to the network - Apps
I suggest to use the Wednesday morning timeslot for parallel cross WP sessions. This would also produce valuable details for the following backlog etc. discussions
