[Fiware] FI-WARE testbed down tonight

Dear all,

This is just to let you know that the Testbed will undergo programmed
works tonight.

Red.es is going to make an effort to do it out of normal work hours so
they window where they will start at 22:00 pm CET tonight and they will
end before 6am tomorrow.
