[Fiware] Forge down

[Miguel Carrillo]

Dear all,

I can enter the forge and the internet page now. The access has been a
bit choppy at times this morning, sometimes I could see the pages, some
others I couldn't. It looks like an "out of memory" problem on the
server, that's what I understand from internal email exchanges with the
admin team. They have added more memory and we'll see how it goes.
