Dear all, It is time to organize the logistics for the meeting. We need to see the assignment of timeslots. WPLs please fill in the timeslots you need stating the subjects and the number of expected attendees (this is needed to assign meeting room capacity - if this is not well planned, we'll end up with overcrowded meeting rooms) Notes: * Lunch is at 12:·30 (we'll decide later if at 13:00 (depending on the logistics of the canteen) * Breaks will be added later and agreed with WPLs * Slots in yellow are already allocated * Slots can be used for WP meetings of for cross-WP meetings (WPLs, discuss this between yourselves and come back to me with the agreements) * The slots you see are the ones that are available. WPLs may decide to finish earlier a given slot. Please be aware that if a booked room is not occupied in 10 minutes, it will be automatically cancelled * I do not foresee dedicated meetings for WPs 1, 2,11 and 12. We can deal with any of these aspects on the plenary session or create dedicated sessions for any issues in this respect on demand (WPLs of this, please let me know if it is the case) * Parking spaces are very limited and need to be booked in advance. Please let us know if there are any requests. * We'll provide personal wifi passwords. * In parallel, my colleagues are asking each companies for the list of attendees from each company. He who is not on the list will not have wifi access, access to buildings, etc. so I would advice to ensure that the data are correct.
