[Fiware] Attendees to meetings in Madrid

Dear all,

I have asked around and the WPLs (at least some of them) are not talking between themselves to give me the total number of attendees for the cross-WP meetings. The deadline to provide numbers is today,  as I reminded yesterday. I do not know how to put it to convey the importance of giving the data but let us express it clearly to avoid misunderstandings.

There are some 30.000 people around here (headquarters of Telefónica worldwide) and the competition for the meeting rooms is very tough. I will preventively book some meeting rooms at the end of the day (if there are still free ones). Those who do not provide the details on time will receive the meeting rooms I can get (with no right to complain about capacity or times). This pool of meeting rooms will be served on a first come first served basis.

As regards the attendance list, you have to provide the details to the admin people to submit the request to General Services at the end of today. Those who are not on the list today, will not have the right to complain when:

    * They do not have wifi access
    * They have pay for their lunches. Those who are already on the list on time, will get them for free.
