[Fiware] To all WPLs: Do not forget - Minutes of meeting

Dear all,

FI-WARE is central to the PPP and very likely to be audited. One of the
things we may need to show when an auditor comes is the minutes of
meeting. I would kindly request that the chair of each meeting (WPL, WPA
or whoever) makes sure that they create and upload minutes of each
meeting (or at least the most relevant ones) in the event in Madrid.

I am sure that you are creating minutes of meeting anyway, as I see that
you normally do it by default but I must point this out!
