[Fiware] REMINDER - Important Information when arriving to Madrid meeting tomorrow

Dear FI-WARE Colleagues,

My colleague Miguel Carrillo has been sending some e-mails with very useful information regarding Madrid meeting during the last days.
I encourage you to read all them to make things easy for yourselves as long as Telefonica City (aka "Distrito-T", "Distrito-C" or just "DC") occupies a huge place with several buildings.

Let me just remind hereby some initial and key steps:

1. Useful information, including a map is available at:

(Remind you should be logged in to fi-ware forge to be able to access this document)
  Metro stop is "Ronda de la Comunicación".

2. Each chapter has assigned some person for guiding, support in case you get lost or strong need:
        • Data chapter - Carlos Ralli (+34 696923588)
        • IoT chapter - Ricardo de las Heras (+34 629 537811)
        • Cloud chapter - Fernando López (+34 638823885)
        • Apss&Services chapter - Javier Soriano (+34 652685961) and Rafael Fernández (+34 687477729) - available from monday afternoon onwards.
        • I2ND chapter - Javier de Pedro (+34 609266410) during the day and Juanjo Hierro (+34 619817347)at lunchtime
        • Tools chapter & others - José Luis Peña (+34 690867567)
        • Security chapter - TBD (someone from ATOS)

3. For the 1st day, you should go to the building "Oeste 1" ("West 1") and get your visit card from the lobby (a must to access the meeting rooms there or in other buildings).
Identify yourself with the same document you provided to us for logistics.
If you get late or you do not find anyone of FI-WARE helping in the lobby, do call to "Jose Luis Peña" or " Javier de Pedro".

4. The meetings rooms name convention:

When we say: "DCW01 S00P A21"  that means: Building "West 01", Floor "00" and meeting room "A21"
Another example DCE01 S06P B42"  would mean: Building "East 01", Floor "06" and meeting room "B42"
There are 3 buildings at each cardinal point. I.e  "North 1", "North 2", "North 3"  and so on for others (East, West and South).
