[Fiware] Meeting rooms on Thursday

Dear all,

The sudoku of meeting rooms is ready for thursday.

IMPORTANT things:


 *   if someone does not use a meeting room must tell me. If a room is empty for a long time, it gets cancelled and the rest of the people using it later in FIWARE would lose it! Do not think you can use them or not, you need to tell me.
 *   From wednesday onwards, we will be at the canteen at 12:50, not at 12:30
 *   The auditorium has a limited capacity (75 people) and maybe some people sitting on the stairs (a bit tacky, this is just for "emergencies"). This space is the biggest you can get around here, it is actually miraculous that we managed to get it !! I assume this is going to be enough if we have the number of people we had today. Those in Madrid  (UPM, ATOS, etc.)  who plan to bring more people tomorrow than today, please refrain from bringing too many ...
