I just did Nuria, it really takes short time, thanks for the reminder. Please, we need votes from all of you!

Would you like that I place a call for voting us in Twitter (suggest one short sentence :-) )

Dear partners,

As I mentioned some time ago we decided to include the concept of the FI-WARE Open Innovation Lab in one of the collaborative tools set up by the EC in the context of the Digital Agenda discussions.

Our main objective with this is giving visibility to FI-WARE in general and the Open Innovation Lab in particular. This will not only be useful in front of our reviewers and PO (this will come in the short term), but will also allow us to get feedback from external people, which should be useful for the next phase of the project.

Thanks to those of you who voted the concept some weeks ago we are now in a very good position and in the ranking of best ideas. The next step is to make an evaluation (3 days to go!).

• Those partners of FI-WARE who did not applaud last time should register now and vote the Open Innovation Lab.
• Those partners of FI-WARE who applauded can now enter the system and make the evaluation, which consists of 5 questions (I have copied them below for you to see that it is very easy).

The website is http://www.openideo.com/open/web-start-up/evaluation/.

It will take 2 minutes from your time (even if you are in the educational session now in Zurich) and will have a lot of impact for our project!!!!

We encourage you, once again, to circulate this information in your organizations to get better support. Best regards,

1
How well does this concept address a significant pain point felt by European web start-ups?
This is a major pain point for European start-ups

This is a "nice to have" but not a serious pain point

I really don't know

2
How novel do you think the concept is?
Never seen it before - very novel!

This is common in some places but not in many parts of Europe

This is not novel but a good iteration

There are already other solutions out there that address this problem

3
How easy is this concept to implement and maintain?
It could be implemented quickly and easily maintained

It could be implemented quickly but will require regular updates to ensure it is accurate and relevant

It is a big undertaking and would need a lot of support and cooperation from people and organisations to make it happen and to maintain it

4
What type of organisation is best placed to take this forward?
The European Commission should own this one

This belongs with member state governments (e.g., the UK, Belgium, etc)

This is best being owned by a private company

This feels like a non-profit

This is a start-up itself!

5
Overall, how do you feel about this concept?
It rocked my world!

I liked it but preferred others

It didn’t get me overly excited
