[Fiware] Minutes of meeting of WPL/WPA call

Dear all,

As you are possibly aware, we have a weekly confcall with all the WPL and WPAs. Given the relevance of the information of this meeting and the impact on the work of all the partners, I circulate the minutes for everyone's information.

On this occasion we mostly focused on the "checkpoints" that the reviewers will use as pivots for the assessment of our work in the review.
