Dear all, As you know, we face a quite critical project review next week so we have to do every effort to make it a success. We shouldn't leave any question properly addressed. Following is a list of points that every FI-WARE GE owner should review and make sure it is properly covered. Of course, WPLs/WPAs are asked to double-check that all are being actually reviewed: 1. Revision of the Technical Roadmap. We made a great effort several months ago to deliver a comprehensive Technical Roadmap which incorporated detailed references about what features of the different FI-WARE GEs were going to be covered when. Please make sure that the current contents are aligned with reality. Concretely, make sure that contents regarding FI-WARE GEs that have been updated or delivered during September/October and that description of what comes in the following releases is still accurate or whether more details can be added. 2. Very important: adding UC projects as stakeholders of features in your backlog. As per agreement with the UC projects reached at FI-PPP AB level, you are entitled to mention a given UC project as stakeholder of ALL the features linked to your FI-WARE GEi if that project has labeled your FI-WARE GEi as "U" or "D" in the spreadsheet we are sharing with UC projects regarding planned usage. This is very important because our PO and reviewers have already announced us that they will ask for mapping of features in the backlog with requirements from UC projects. 3. Revision of your FI-WARE GE backlog: Is there any Epic that have you already refined into more concrete Epics or even Features for the second Release of FI-WARE ? If so, please update your backlog and the FI-WARE Technical Roadmap accordingly 4. Contents of the FI-WARE Catalogue. Besides carrying out the task already assigned to you yesterday regarding information about "Terms and Conditions", please take your time to review the contents of the entry of your FI-WARE GEi in the Catalogue, to make sure it aligns with provided templates. Particularly, the downloads tab should point to the places where the software is available (publicly or in a restricted area only accessible to the FI-PPP partners) unless you had declared that you wished to offer it "as a Service" either from the FI-WARE Testbed or your own facilities (this latter case was subject to prior agreement as you know) Please don't hesitate to formulate any question you may have. We are happy to assist you. We are sure that with your commitment, the review meeting will be a great success.
