[Fiware] Draft management report

Dear all,

As you are aware, we are working very hard to put together the management report. We are lagging well behind schedule and we cannot put it off any longer.

I send all the consortium  the report in its current status. Apart from last minute minor changes, we still need to:

  *   Complete WP2 (the parts in yellow come from the previous report and they will be edited)
  *   Add the "checkpoints" (the WPL/WPA know what I am talking about)

Unfortunately we have to send this urgently to the EC and we will do so at the weekend. This means that unfortunately we can only accept comments until Saturday EOB. If you send comments later, they may be not incorporated to the final version of the report.
