[Fiware] Minutes of weekly joint WPLs/WPAs follow-up confcall

Hi all,

   As you probably know, WPLs (Working Package Leaders) and WPAs
(Working Package Architects) meet in a confcall every Monday. There, we
have the opportunity to follow-up progress of main activities of the
project and a number of APs (Action Points) are identified and assigned.

   Minutes of these confcall are produced in Google docs and get almost
finished right after the meeting.  Then TID uses to perform a last
review and consolidates them.

   As a way to improve communication within the FI-WARE Consortia, we
will share these minutes as soon as they get consolidated (most probably
on Tuesday morning, the day after the joint WPLs/WPAs confcall).   We
rather believe this may improve our overall performance as well as
understanding about how thing are going on.

   The minutes of our last joint WPLs/WPAs confcall (October 15th) are

   You will find that the minutes are rather detailed.  They indeed have
been written in a way that allows anyone who has not attended the
confcall to understand what was discussed, taking into account the
overall context, even background from previous confcalls.   This should
give you a good insight about what's going on.

meetings is welcome and we will try to respond to them as soon as possible.
