[Fiware] Draft report

Dear all,

This is the draft report that I share now with all the members of FI-WARE. Tomorrow we will send this to the EC early in the morning.

You can still provide comments if they are really vital. By default we will not take more changes for this draft, we need to send it urgently.

There is still a chance to incorporate changes later because this is provided to the EC not as the final version but as a preliminary (but rather mature) edition that they urgently need for the review next week.

One last note: section 3 with the deliverable table has not been integrated yet. Also, there are pending details in checkpoint one (in yellow) . We are aware of this (and be sure that the report tomorrow will have it fixed!)

Any comments to Javier de Pedro  (jdps at tid.es<mailto:jdps at tid.es>) and do not forget to CC me (mcp at tid.es<mailto:mcp at tid.es>) as well- avoid replies to the list, there are about 300 subscribers.
