[Fiware] Fwd: FI-PPP: public deliverables now on Cordis

Dear FI-WARE GEi owners, WPLs and WPAs,

I resend this message from the EC to make sure that all the information published here is correct and also that it can be publicly exposed. For instance, we do not know if there will be objections to the Installation & Admin guides

Please be aware that TID will just look into the status of the WPs led by Telefónica and the GEis we directly own.

As the deadline set by the EC for this is the end of the week, we need to have it before then. Please send any objections before Thursday EOB.

Thank you very much for your quick response to our request to have your public deliverables published on Cordis.
And thank you for responding positively.

You can now find the public deliverables on:
http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/ict/netinnovation/deliverables/public-deliverables_en.html

We will make a link to the URL above via the Net Innovation homepage on Cordis at the end of next week. If you like to do so, this way you have some time to check if the list for your project is correct, if certain deliverables should not be made public, etc.

Please note:

-          Deliverables are only made available on Cordis after approval in a formal review

-          Deliverables are only made available when our internal system says deliverables have been approved. For some projects, our assistants have some delay in keeping the system up-to-date with this. We are well aware of this.

-          In maintaining this part of the website, there might be some delays in future; we will not check every day if the internal system was updated.

-          Some of you sent me some new/extra deliverables for publication. This will be dealt with soon (taking into account the points above).

We will soon do the same exercise for phase 2.
