Thank you for your paper. I think it raises important issues concerning the take-up of FI-WARE results and the potential benefits of SMEs.
Our understanding is that the maturity of the GE and their environments have evolved substantially since April. However the issues you have raised are still highly relevant.

I will pass this interesting assessment to the FI-WARE project and we will take it into account.
