[Fiware] Important: ALL PARTNERS to contribute to the list of attended events/conferences/press (WP12)

Can you give us a bit more of time?. It is quite difficult getting an e-mail on Tuesday and be able to provide everything by Friday with so many activities and trips going on in parallel. I will not be very much available in the next couple of days, which makes the plan almost unfeasible.

 

The other issue is about the strategy as such. I understand that not many things will be changed, but some important aspects have happened in the project that require attention and could help in re-shaping a bit the strategy initially drafted:

 

·         New partners coming from the third open call à by the way, they bring a lot of expertise in communication and marketing and we could take advantage of that to improve what we have at this very moment

·         The success of Campus Party, which may lead to some decisions (including more ambition) for FI-WARE in terms of addressing developers

·         The deficit in terms of creating industrial awareness about usage of FI-WARE in different application domains à this is partly responsibility of the use case projects, but FI-WARE needs to define how to proceed to increase dissemination and exploitation in those fields (this is completely different than the target of events like Campus party)

·         The on-going initiatives around entrepreneurship

·         Activities with the other projects of the FI PPP within the Dissemination WG (where I am personally contributing). Many things are being discussed now, which involve FI-WARE and are related to promotion, dissemination and collaboration!!!

 

Can you set up a process so that we can contribute? Thanks!!

Please, do ensure all your trips are properly covered in the sections below, as long as non-listed trip's expenses might be rejected later on. 

 

The only thing I need from ALL companies within FI-WARE is to complete the following sections as per your activity the last year:

1.  Dissemination activities (Scientific papers and pannels, articles, book chapters, events, training materials, tutorials ...)
