[Fiware] Several naming conventions and aspects dealing with branding of FIWARE

Dear all,

  Apologies if you receive this message twice.

  Following discussions held with the EC and involving Ogilvy as major marketing experts, a number of changes have been decided regarding the relevant brands of the program:

  *   "FI-WARE" looses it dash and becomes now "FIWARE"
  *   "FI-WARE Catalogue" becomes "FIWARE Catalogue"
  *   "FIWARE Academy" will correspond to the eLearning platform
  *   "FI-Ops" becomes "FIWARE Ops"
  *   "FI-Lab" becomes "FIWARE Lab"
  *   The whole FI-PPP program becomes the "FIWARE Program"
  *   accelerator projects in phase 3 of the FI-PPP program become "FIWARE Accelerator Projects"
  *   The website will become fiware.org (although fi-ware.org will remain directing to the same site)
  *   There will be subdomains linked to:
     *   FIWARE Lab: lab.fiware.org (lab.fi-ware.org)
     *   FIWARE Ops: ops.fiware.org (ops.fi-ware.org)
     *   FIWARE Catalogue: catalogue.fiware.org (catalogue.fi-ware.org)
     *   FIWARE Academy: edu.fiware.org (edu.fi-ware.org)

  As you see, quite a big bet in pro of FIWARE as a brand.   The whole intent is to focus efforts in marketing and dissemination.   We have to raise awareness in the wide community of developers, also among SMEs, big companies, startups as well as target domain users so it was understood that going with too many different brands with only "FI" in common was not as useful as with the adoption of "FIWARE" as the common brand.   With the adopted approach, no matter what info they get, they will see "FIWARE" and, therefore, the brand will penetrate, little by little.

  This comes together with a change in logos and brand entity material that we should adopt as soon as possible.   You can download the new logos from links provided in the following Google docs:
