[Fiware] DoW amendment #6

Dear all,

This is the current version of the DoW we are handling:

Please take a look and see if there are any mistakes and/or omissions. Our intention is to send it to the PO as soon as he returns from his holidays.

There is still one thing pending. We need to add a mention somewhere that there are partners leaving on M36 and there are others staying until M40. As discussed in this week's coordination call, I would kindly offer SAP to propose such text and a location to include it if this is ok with them - they are very good at dealing with legal/formal stuff. I do not mind doing it myself, either way I am pretty happy.

We may add additional partners in the context of the expansion of FI-Lab  to ease the incorporation of Smart Cities.
