Hi tokeners!

As mentioned in my previous email, we'll start the Untitled festival and  
the TOKEN Policy Observatory taking place within its context with a quick  
get-together of TOKEN partners. In this short session we will:
- Quickly remind ourselves of the TOKEN Policy Observatory process
- Go through what the TOKEN Policy Observatory sessions at Untitled are
- Answer possible questions related to the festival itself
