TOKEN Testbed: testing environment for use case.

It basically reflects the work done to develop the already available
testing environment, providing the documentation of the services and the
developer portal for registering your accounts and accessing your
credentials. We have also included an additional description of the TOKEN
services (being two of them available for use at the testbed) to provide a
more comprehensive description of the services to the partners.

Please let us know if you have any comments or suggestions before the 23rd
12h as we aim to finalise the document before Chritsmas and so Stephano
could possibly submit it before the end of the year.
