[Token-all] TOKEN - Deliverable 1.4 for review

Dear Savvas,

Any one can provide feedback. I'm not sure if there is any
specific responsable for peer review of this deliverable. I remember that
this has been talked about in the EB meetings but not certain about the
outcome. We may need the input from Stefano about this particular aspect.
