[Token-all] new approach based on ebsi appruved by the po

dear all,

apologise if use this mail list instead of that of ga, but i'm glad to tell
you all that the new approach as deeply presented and discussed during the
kom is now approved by the project po.

he confirmed me that there is no need for an amendment, still he would like
to see the adoption of ebsi by us properly communicated to the wider
community.
