Hope you are doing well and staying safe, hopefully also getting to enjoy at least a sliver of sunshine. This message concerns the partners responsible for national launch events: FBA, FBR, IMEC, INF, AYTOSAN, MUKA and FF. A month or so ago we shared instructions and guidelines for the national events. As the COVID-19 situation seems to be with us for still some time, we have now updated and renewed the guidelines to include tips on how to organize successful online events. The choice of face to face / online is of course totally up to you and we trust that you know best the situations within your respective countries. Tom Kettels from Infrachain for example already mentioned on a WP5 call last week that they are holding their national event online on July the 8th – a big hand for being the first out of all! Infrachain folks, if you feel that you’d like to share your schedule for the event to other partners as an example and inspiration, I bet many would be grateful! In the spirit of learning together and building on each others’ ideas for the national events, we are going to host a question and ideation session for those partners in charge of organizing national events. You can already mark it in your calendars for Tue 23rd of June 10 CEST / 11 EEST. If you feel like you’d like to go over the guidelines together, get some help in ideating what your national event could look like and pose any possible open questions, feel free to join. Conversely, if you feel like you already have a great idea and things seem clear, no worries, we will talk another time. In any case, I’ll get back to you with a calendar invitation soon.
