[Token-all] consortium agreement version 3.1 - 20201104

dear all,

we are getting closer for the signature, but we are not still there ...
indeed, to be exactly ready for signature i still need from the following
partners their choice for attachment 1 (page 32 of 39 on):

- fundingbox research
- vil
- certh
- demos
- ayuntamento de santander
- funding box accelerator.

besides, would be great to have also the name and function of whom will
sign the agreement (this eventually can be put by hand at signature time)
for:
- fundingbox research (page 22)
- vil (page 24)
- certh (page 25)
- demos (page 26)
- unican (page 28)
- ayuntamento de santander (page 29)
- fundingbox accelerator (page 30).

of course at this stage after plenty of reviews no more changes shall be
accepted by organisation attorneys either than what i asked above.
