[Token-all] URGENT -> ebm of today

dear all,

due to critical urgent familiar situation that requires my full attention i
cannot manage the meeting of this morning.

since there are many important issues to agree and decide on
(invitation from ec roundup  meetings, wp1 schedule, etc.) that cannot be
postponed for a full month, this meeting is postponed to next thursday (8
oct) at the same time.

i do apologise for the inconvenience and i hope you all can attend next
week.
