[Token-all] use of project's mail lists

dear all,

i'm realisng more and more that the email lists we created to work as a
team in the project are not used as much as they should. i can state this
as i'm in all of them and there are several mail lists which are completely
not used: this not any more acceptable!

engagement of all, transparency, and openness are the aims we want to
achieve as token results, but apparently the way we, ourselves, work is a
bit different.

i really encourage all of you to communicate ONLY through the email lists
for what concerns the project daily work.

or shall i assume nothing is happening in the project? of course i know
this is not true as we are achieving great results. so then, please, use
the relevant mail lists.
