There are *two important objectives *(for all of us, not just the task 5.1
leaders :):

*1.- Pre-event - to get as many registrations as possible* (meaning more
than 400).
*2.- Post-event to engage early adopters promoting usage of the Token
Services* - Github <https://github.com/Token-project> - Wiki
<https://docs.token-project.eu/> - Developer’s Portal
<https://developers.token-project.eu/signin> and drive them to the Community
<https://spaces.fundingbox.com/spaces/dlt4gov-blockchain-in-public-service-for-techies>
to start discussions and use our planned help desk.

We are targeting technical experts: ICT in general, CTOs, CIOs, COOs,
Solution Integrators working with Public Admin, Developers, etc...

How do we plan to do it?

*Pre-event August*

Make sure that *all your contacts do register for the event. *It is the
best moment to start contacting those organizations mentioned in the ecosystem
mapping

+ those *already gathered through your national events*. We recommend now
to do awareness through your *owned channels *using the shared web/social
media posts.

*Pre-event September*
After Summer holidays, we must focus on *one2one comms through emailing +
newsletters*. There is enough content to build your emails in the comms kit
but in any case we will add some email templates to the folder later in
August.

*Post event - October*
After the event we must be ready to engage all the people that joined the
event in our community. That means to activate new spaces in the community
(for example a help desk) and maybe some new activities like joining us in
further events, training etc.

Just to remind you all that in the Token Grant Agreement there are two
planned info corners in world class events (SCEWC
<https://www.smartcityexpo.com/> 16-18 November 2021 where FIWARE
Foundation is participating should be one of them).

We have the Token EB on September 2nd where we will update on this mini
campaign from FF side but we should hold our WP5 meeting the week of 13
