[Token-all] [token on d6.3 governance

Dear all,

I like to share with you a first version of the D6.3 report on Governance.

Could you give me feedback until Sept 14th?

Due to my holiday, I had to postpone the IMT meeting of Sept 9th by one week to the 16th.
I suggest that we discuss and decide at that meeting which part of this report should be copied to D6.1. to give the current progress to the reviewer.
