[Token-all] [token on d6.3 governance

Dear Carlo, All

 

I have gone through the document. It compiles a set of governance models to
eventually be applied to TOKEN, beyond project ending. However, I wonder if
it is possible to decorrelate the governance model from the business one and
the kind of structure/entity that will exploit TOKEN platform for making it
sustainable. Agreeing with the nine governance principles it is not so
evident that the governance structure suggested might have the required
agility and flexibility to support the value chain. 

 

Anyhow, it is just a thought for your consideration.

Dear all,

 

I like to share with you a first version of the D6.3 report on Governance.

 

Could you give me feedback until Sept 14th?

 

Due to my holiday, I had to postpone the IMT meeting of Sept 9th by one week
to the 16th. 

I suggest that we discuss and decide at that meeting which part of this
report should be copied to D6.1. to give the current progress to the
reviewer.
