No data, know-how or information of VIL vzw (VIL) shall be Needed by another Party for implementation of the Project (Article 25.2 Grant Agreement) or Exploitation of that other Party's Results (Article 25.3 Grant Agreement).

dear all,

we are getting closer for the signature, but we are not still there ... AND THIS IS VERY CRITICAL because, as we all heard during the meeting today, this is putting in a critical situation the correct internal workflow of several partners and, of course, this is not acceptable!

so, to be exactly ready for signature i still need from the following partners their choice for attachment 1 (page 32 of 39 on):

- FUNDINGBOX RESEARCH
- VIL
- CERTH
- FUNDINGBOX ACCELERATOR.

besides, would be great to have also the name and function of whom will sign the agreement (this eventually can be put by hand at signature time) for:
- fundingbox research (page 22)
- vil (page 24)
- certh (page 25)
- unican (page 28)
- fundingbox accelerator (page 30).

of course at this stage after plenty of reviews no more changes shall be accepted by organisation attorneys either than what i asked above.
